Google Forms is part of Google Apps for Education (GAFE) so it is located under your Google Drive. Forms is a survey tool that places the results in a spreadsheet that can be viewed in pie chart/bar graph form. Question types: text, multiple choice, paragraph, checkboxes, choose from a list, scale, grid, date, time, image and video.
